The collection at a glance
Node and edge totals cover the base graphs of the transformed ontologies only; each ontology is transformed on its own, so nodes shared between ontologies are counted once per ontology. Full graphs are not summed, since they repeat whatever they import.
Transform status 1,306 ontologies
Failed, skipped and license-restricted ontologies are still listed in the browser, each with the reason it has no KGX artifact. Licensed ones are counted apart from failures: they are unavailable by design, not broken.
Full graphs 1,187 transformed ontologies
Every ontology is published as a base graph (its own content, imports stripped) and, where it declares imports, a full graph with the import closure merged in by ROBOT. A full graph fails when an import cannot be fetched; the base graph beside it is unaffected.
