A KGX transformation of the BioPortal ontology Biodiversity Ontology (BOF), produced by KG‑Bioportal. Nodes are ontology classes; edges are the relations between them. The base graph is the ontology on its own, imports stripped; the full graph, where built, has the import closure merged in.

The full graph contains BOF_full_nodes.tsv and BOF_full_edges.tsv: this ontology plus the 2 it imports (and their imports in turn), merged by ROBOT. Use it when the imported terms matter; the base graph merges more cleanly with other graphs. Releases are incremental, so each link points at whichever release most recently rebuilt this ontology.
